Shipping/Delivery Policy

All shipments and products will be delivered upon request or as soon as the retailer receives the product from the manufacture. Consumer(s) will be notified at least 2 days prior to delivery. If consumer is not present at the time of delivery, consumer may be subject to or charged an additional fee (9%).

The seller, CL Furniture, will replace all items damaged during or upon delivery.

CL furniture will allow for consumer to return product(s) within 30 days of purchase only if item(s) are found to be defective. Verification of purchase must be made in order to be eligible for a full/partial refund or credit. Refunds will not apply as a result of buyer’s remorse.

All products are purchased through the manufacture and CL furniture also warrants that their merchandise are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either give credit or replace defective parts for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

If a manufacturing defect is found, CL furniture must be contacted immediately item will be inspected and it will be determine by the CL furniture staff or owner if a manufacturing defect exists or if item (s) should be replaced (visual evidence of damaged/defective product may be required).

Warranty covers the following: broken or scratched product(s) but not as a result of the following; extreme weather conditions (i.e. fire flood, etc.), if an item being worn, intentionally damaged product(s), or pet damage. If consumer intentionally damages item(s), warranty does not apply.

If a replacement product is not available CL furniture will provide full credit/refund to consumers.

CL Furniture requests that all customers provide basic contact information in order to provide products and service. Information will not be shared or utilized by any other affiliates. CL furniture will do its best to provide quality service, which includes maintaining and ensuring that its customer’s information will be kept as private as possible.
